Bag-in-Box Filler | Fully-automated BiB Filling System
This Bag-in-Box filler is a fully-automated web-fed filling machine designed for filling spouted bags with non-food liquids, such as automotive fluids (e.g., diesel engine fluid (DEF), engine coolant, motor coolant, and windshield washer fluid). Different from regular Bag-in-Box fillers, this machine is is applicable to bags without pre-attached fitments. Fitments are fed separately and capped after filling.
This filling system features fully automated by employing a PLC and touch screen control system. The whole process of continuous bags feed, fitments feed, filling, capping, cutting apart from continuous bags and transiting to the conveyor can be completed automatically, no human operation required. This Bag-in-Box filler is designed with CIP (Clean-in-Place) function and pipeline connection.
The machine is controlled by a PLC and features a user-friendly touch-screen interface. It automates the entire process, including bag feeding, fitment feeding, filling, capping, cutting, and transferring to the conveyor. Additionally, it includes a CIP (Clean-in-Place) function and pipeline connections for easy cleaning and maintenance.
