Poly Bag Uncuffer and Top Sealer
This bag uncuffer and sealer is designed to heat-seal poly bags inside boxes after products are loaded or filled. The machine uncuffs the bags from the carton top flaps, stretches the bag openings, applies a light vacuum to prevent ballooning, heat-seals the bags, and then flattens them within the carton. This bag decuffer sealer reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate, and easy to adjust, thus promoting high efficiency and labor savings.
This bag uncuffing and sealing machine, when used with our poly bag inserter, is ideal for automatic bulk box packaging of bread rolls, edible oils and fats, fruits and vegetables,
granules and nuts, meats and fish, caps and closures, and other items.
