Vertical Tape Carton Erector | RSC Case Former
This carton erector, also called a case erector or former, is a fully-automated machine designed to form flat-folded RSC cartons into cuboid shape and seals the bottom with adhesive tape, creating a ready-to-use box.
An RSC (Regular Slotted Container) carton is a common or traditional type of cardboard box characterized by its design where all flaps (top and bottom) are the same length, and the outer flaps meet in the center when folded. This standard design makes it versatile and widely used for packaging in various industries.
This carton erecting machine is built to improve workflow and minimize stops, making it ideal for industries like e-commerce, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals. It features automatic box forming and smooth carton storage, ensuring fewer interruptions and faster operations.
A 2-metre long motorized conveyor is available as an optional replacement for the standard storage shelf, capable of holding up to 100 carton blanks. This ensures longer uninterrupted operation, reducing reload frequency and saving time and effort.
