Vertical Hot-Melt Adhesive Carton Erector | RSC Case Former

This carton erector, also called a case erector or former, is a servo-driven RSC case forming machine with a forming capacity of up to 12 cases per minute, designed to seal cartons with hot-melt adhesive (also known as hot glue). It operates automatically and continuously, erecting fold-flat cartons and sealing the bottoms with hot glue.

An RSC (Regular Slotted Container) carton is a common or traditional type of cardboard box characterized by its design where all flaps (top and bottom) are the same length, and the outer flaps meet in the center when folded. This standard design makes it versatile and widely used for packaging in various industries.

This case erector can be customized with a 2-meter motorized conveyor as the storage shelf, capable of holding up to 100 carton blanks. This system significantly enhances workflow efficiency and reduces downtime, making it an essential addition to your packaging line.

1) Servo-driven technology offers precise control and high-speed operation for forming cartons.
2) Erecting speed of up to 12 cartons per minute, meeting your production needs.
3) Optional 2-meter motorized conveyor for efficient storage of up to 100 carton blanks.
